LAYLADA is an online fashion store operated from Germany, specialising in premium modest women's fashion. Contact us at hello@laylada.com.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency of your selected market and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and at checkout. LAYLADA is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or courier services once an order has left our fulfilment centre. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please see our Returns Policy for full instructions. Duties and customs fees on international orders are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, product designs, text, and logos, is the property of LAYLADA and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

LAYLADA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. EU consumers retain all statutory consumer rights under applicable EU consumer protection law, including the right of withdrawal.
